User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of software complies with all applicable ethical standards and legal requirements. We are not liable for any misuse of the software by its users including but not limited to the fact that we are not associated with Facebook / Meta in any way.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription to software at any time, provided that they give a 30-day notice of cancellation (sms, ai, ad spend and any any other third party charges are not included and must be paid by user). Please note that any set-up fees paid at the initiation of the subscription are non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation. If in a contracted package user may not cancel during their term however If not satisfied we will work for free until user at least makes their initial investment back (sms, ai, ad spend and any other third party charges not included) however sales skills and consistency is not something we have control over so results may vary and our efforts may expire if we find this is the issue.

Feature Changes

We reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features from the software at any time. While we strive to enhance user experience and functionality, certain features may be altered or discontinued based on business needs and user feedback.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
